clock tower courtyard the clock tower courtyard is a cloister on the base of the clock tower at hogwarts castle. this cloister seems to be one of the older parts of the castle and the ceiling and walls are dilapidated. it also leads to the covered bridge and, as it is on a hill, is on the third floor. |

covered bridge the bridge appears derelict, and is constructed of wood beams which extend to the floor of the ravine it lays across. the roof of the covered bridge is sagging and appears tarred. the bridge blends in with the natural environment surrounding it. the covered bridge begins at one end of the clock tower courtyard, at the base of the clock tower. at the end of the covered bridge there is a small stone gazebo with benches. outside of it is the stone circle. given its unstable look it is possibly held up by magic. |

training grounds this is where flying lessons are taught to first years. this is also a good area to fly around if the quidditch pitch is occupied. also, house dueling clubs are able to practice here. |
