first things first, i'm terrible at these so sorry if it's not exciting haha. my name is shelby and i'm actually from new jersey. i am twenty years old and am a sophomore in college, studying psychology. my job would be as a supervisor at six flags from about march to the end of october. it's pretty rad. i like writing lowercase for things such as this, trust me i write properly when rping haha. i'm running out of things to say, so i'll just list things.

how's it going, royal ugly dudes? [this is a quote from bill and ted's excellent adventure, rather than an insult, but also some early insight into how weird my brain is.] as such, i'll probably seem like a strange/weird/odd/abnormal/crazy person 85% of the time, but i'm always happy to meet new people and i like to think i'm okay underneathe the odder exterior (:

i forgot, in all that, to add my name. i'm caytlin, but unless you're my mother, you'll usually hear people call me cait or caytie. [there is one person who calls me moomin, but he's not around this site..]

now, onto some simple facts:

• i am irish and continue to live in ireland today.
  
• i have two characters on here, one of which is obviously gideon and the other which is gilderoy lockhart.
  
• i could probably list my favourite films forever, but if i was forced to choose my top five, it'd be: fight club, the princess bride, the dark knight, forrest gump & the lion king.
  
• similarly, my favourite television programmes go on for a while, although i really love misfits, heroes, green wing, the it crowd, doctor who, avatar: the last airbender, family guy & merlin.
  
• i speak fluent gaelic and german, semi-fluent spanish and italian.
  
• i adore my sports, although it probably won't mean much if you're american, since my football will be your soccer. as for sportspersons, i like my football players and tennis players far too much. the olympics is also one of my sports obsessions!
  
• my favourite actors are heath ledger, andrew garfield and jack nicholson.
  
• my favourite actress will probably always be carey mulligan.
  
• i'm a fan of literature as well! i adore william shakespeare, along with countless other authors and books. (:
  
• i'm in my last year of my university degree, studying philosophy and psychology, with a minor in foreign languages.

hey. (: i'm not excellent when it comes to introductions but i'll start out with the basics. my name is ru, and people call me ru. i'm eighteen and a half years old. i'm also starting my sophomore year by the end of september where i'll be majoring in political science & international affairs. pretty excited, to say the least. anyway, i have an owl named stuart. i wish he were real since owls are, indeed, my favorite animals. my favorite film has to be black swan. i've seen that film about seventeen times. ask cait, she's keeping count. (; i live in the middle of a forest, literally. i currently reside in beirut. the internet's terrible. that's all i have to say about it. my favorite book has to be the perks of being a wallflower. my least favorite has to be jane eyre. i'm a fan of fiction and action films. i despise romance. eg, i loathed the notebook. some of my favorite chain of films are star wars, james bond, lord of the rings and of course, harry potter. my more favorable series are rome, spartacus, the tudors, mad men, and entourage. last but not least, my favorite colour's plum.
